Phase 1: Empty Well, Empty Bucket

However, not all waiting ends well. Sometimes, even though no matter how long you wait, you will realize that you are waiting for nothing. And no, I am not talking about love.       I was sent to cover the council meeting in La Trinidad Municipal Hall. The council meeting was set at 2 in the afternoon. I had no idea where the council meeting would be or how it goes so I decided to come early and find out. I came at around 1:30 PM and ask the information desk of the municipal hall. She told me it was upstairs, but I couldn't find it. She didn't told me that I should use the stairs at the end of the hall, and what office I should go.       I went around the municipal hall hoping that I don't seem like a lost like ch

Phase1: Patience is a virtue

           I was asked to cover the Adivay festival specifically, the horses and cowboys parade.            I have no idea what time the event will start, so I decided to come early to avoid the traffic, and to not miss the parade. Since there was no traffic, I arrived in Benguet Sports Complex at 8:20A.M. The parade haven't started yet and I thought I should visit the booths. Booths of the thirteen municipalities of Benguet showcasing and selling their products to visitors. The landscapes in front of the  booths are the entry of each municipalities for the best landscape contest.           Each 13 municipalities have their own booths showcasing their products. I was amazed with the beautiful landscapes and creative booths. I wanted to try their delicacies, but I didn't brought money with me.
